Hi I am trying the import a csv file into Remedy using arimport6.3 but having problems with the formatting of the Activity Create date which is a date/time field. This is imported into the T:SPRT:Scanned Documents form which is then pushed into the SPRT:Interaction Form to create an Activity.
The date format is correct on all the forms and the import file but randomly we get an error message saying this is the incorrect format (DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS) even though the import file is correct. Has anyone else experienced this or knows what the problem is. We are finding it increasingly difficult to debug as sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt using the same saved mapping file??
