The approval phases only really stage it for the various approvers, and
then change the status based on completion of approvals, not really to
submit to teams. Unfortunately, it would be customization.

You should be able to add the submitting team at that specific phase and
then the change won't advance any further until they approve it.

Hope that helps!

Subject: approval engine

Hi,

I am trying to set up the assignment process rules for the
current remedy 7.1 implementation. As you know that in the change mgmt
workflow there are various approval phases. I want to know if we can
define an approval phase to route the request back to the submitter
after initial approval is done. for e.g we have an approval phase called
review in the initiate stage which routes the request to xyz approval
group. after the XYZ approval group hit "approve" is there any way I can
auto route the change request to the incident creater or submitter for
bussiness approval defined in review and authorize phase. Can I do it
just with configurations out of the box and no customizations. Please
help.
