This will always be an issue for someone. As everyone in the world
except the US now uses Metric Paper sizes setting this size as the
default makes a lot of sense. But there are a lot of companies in the US
that use Remedy so....

Perhaps BMC could package both formats and the right format is
selected/installed during the installation process.

We had that problem as well - we had to modify the reports to 8 1/2 x
11 and it worked.

Not sure why Remedy would create reports with A4 as the default paper
size.
