Hi All, Does anyone have any experience integrating Remedy with Blackberries? If so can you recommend a vendor? I have user who can't sit at a workstation and it would be real useful of they could access, and update tickets on their blackberry. Didn't find anything on this at BMC KB and just searching the web did not produce any usable information.
