Did you refresh the cache after you made the change in the Admin tool?

Hi Group,
Can you comment on as to why the change I made in the Administrator
tool is not getting updated in Midtier. I changed the Change Type field which
is a drop down field in the Request for change form to add a couple of more
values. I can see the values added in Admin tool and the user tool. But I
cannot see the value updated when I login through Midtier. Can anyone let me
know what I am missing out here?
