Hello ARSList. I am creating a close down approval process and using a status of Completed as the beginning of the Status Flow. I am leaving status reason blank however if someone sets a status reaon on completed on a change record, the approval never kicks off. I would have assumed that leaving it blank would apply the process for all completed changes? Does this mean that I need a close down process for every Completed status reason? Any help is appreciated.
