Using Web Services I am pulling open tickets from Remedy by personID tickets are assigned to and it works great, until I send a request with personID that has not tickets assigned. I get a SOAP error with the following text: Entry does not exist in database. Any ideas on how I can get it to return an empty list instead of throwing an error?
