Hi Guys,
I have some questions regarding the task management system (I am
using ARS 7.1 and Change mgmt and incident mgmt 7.0.03) as pertaining to the
incident management module. i) I see that we cannot get a task to be in the
assigned state unless, we are in the resolution and recovery stage. (please
correct me if I am wrong) ii) Is there a way to reopen closed tasks - if so
how? iii) I also found out that when I go directly to resolution and
recovery (and skip Investigation and Diagnosis) the task status does not
change from staged to assigned. If I go through the stages in sequence it
works fine. This is kind of a weird behavior has anyone encountered this?
