I am setting up an escalation to run a report on tickets created the previous day, previous week, and previous month.
Is there anyway to do something like $Date$ - 1, or $Date$ - 7? I want to capture the entire previous day, month, or week. I know Crystal can do this, but I do not want to use Crystal at this time.
