Kiran, You do not need to be an admin to run Server side logging from the client, you need to be an explicit member (listed in your group list) of the logging group defined for the server on the logging tab of Server Information. The fact that being and admin allowed you to select the logs, but not see the logs means that someone has changed the logging group to something other than Administrator (the default) and you are not a member of it. Go into Server Information, Logging tab, see what Group is defined for logging, then add yourself to that group...you should then get server logs in your client.
