List, I am upgrading from email 7.1 patch 2 to 7.1 patch 4. We have already installed this on one server with no issues. I am trying to install this on another server and when the install starts to kick off it asks for your user name and password. When I put that in to verify the install says that the AR Server is not currently running please start the server to install, but oh the server is started. Has anyone every received this with any BMC install. I am installing on a Solaris box, and I can log into the user tool with the same credentials I am putting into the install and it works fine.
