I wonder if experienced consultant could help me with this. I'm interested in knowing if the following applications data can reside on a centralised Oracle Database. BMC CMDB BMC TMART BMC ARS BMC Portal BMC Foundation Discovery/BMC Topology Discovery BMC Capacity management. If we can utilise a centralised Oracle SAN do we know how to size the physical Oracle server? I've got theoretical answers to this question, I would therefore appreciate any practical solution regarding sizing up of Oracle database catering data from above mentioned application.
