I am trying to submit a support call on the web to Remedy but I am getting the following error. Country Name and Country Code are required to save the Issue (ARERR10000) Any ideas how I can fill in these 2 fields? I have looked at my profile and it doesn't ask anything about what country I am in. Neither does the ticket show these fields. Also, I tried to submit this through email and it has been over an hour and I still haven't gotten a confirmation that the ticket was submitted. How long should this take? _____
