Just received mine too. See below We recently learned that our venue for BMC UserWorld, the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel, is behind schedule on renovations and will not open in time to host our October event. Since we are dedicated to creating an outstanding conference in an excellent venue, we are relocating BMC UserWorld to another location and rescheduling for a new date. What does this mean to you? Shortly, you'll receive an e-mail announcing the new location and date. Our new event will be bigger and better, delivering newer technology, a broader global audience, and many more programs for our users. If you already have registered for the Miami conference and purchased airfare, BMC will cover any airfare penalties you incur when switching your travel plans from Miami to the new location. Naturally, your pre-paid BMC UserWorld Miami registration fee will be accepted at the next show (or, if you are unable to attend, we'll gladly refund your money). Watch for an e-mail with specific instructions and procedures for reimbursement of any airfare penalties. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you, and are dedicated to exceeding your high expectations by providing our customers and partners with a world-class event in an outstanding venue. We hope you will join us at the new location. Regards,
