Hi Tauf, I have attched one file, in this file the name of the filter's which is responsible for sending notification is mentioned.If you want to add text like: "The Change Manager for this request is: #Change Manager#" so i think you can do this with SYS:Notification message form.This form keeps notification message related to different2 modules,So i think in change management module you can add your text directly.In change Management there so many notification message so you select your appropriate message with whom you could attach your text.
