Location: Calgary, AB CA CA Travel Involved: 20-30% Job Type: Full Time Job Level: Experienced Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Category: Consulting Compensation: Not Specified Position Summary The Consultant will deliver services relating to the Service Desk and custom business process automation with a focus on Process Analysis, technical solution architecture and implementation of Remedy-based solutions and ITIL-based processes. Understands and is capable of integrating disciplines / processes and data across complex enterprises while staying current with the Service Desk and IT Infrastructure Management Industry and best practices. The Consultant will participate, as a technical resource, in the sales process. The Consultant will be able to: effectively communicate both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in an organization; develop procedural documentation; develop and conduct effective presentations; effectively demonstrate products and solutions; conduct training sessions and be able to write written customer proposals The ideal candidate can operate effectively in a team environment, coordinate efforts with other team members and lead and support team members.
