Sorry I feel stupid but this issue was issue to fix, I was trolling through the ar.conf file and noticed that this was there Approval-Server-Suspended: T So I changed that T to F, restarted the AR Server and it works like a charm. Something so simple, but if anyone has issue with approval make sure you check that in your ar.conf file first. Have a good weekend.
