I'm working with ARS SYSTEM v5.1.2 in a Solaris Platform and I have the
following problem:

I have an escalation with a Notify Action, which has the 'Text' Field like
this:

Se ha creado la incidencia de ID: $Id Incidencia$
Prioridad: $Prioridad$
Sistema: $Sistema$
Estado de la incidencia: $Estado incidencia$
Descripción: $Descripcion breve$
Fecha de creación de la incidencia: $Fecha creacion incidencia$
             (formato de la fecha: MM/DD/AA HH:MM:SS)
Fecha Requerida de cierre: $Fecha comprometida$
      (formato de la fecha: MM/DD/AA HH:MM:SS)

y con la siguiente anotación en el diario:
$Detalle$

and the 'Mechanism' is Email.

Almost all the fields in de 'Text' ($Prioridad$, $Sistema$, ...) are
replaced correctly with the values for the ticket, but the
field '$Detalle$' appears whith a blank value unless it has another in the
ticket.

Does anyone knows what could be the problem?
