Hello All, I wanted to write and see if anyone else was having this issue or if you had found a resolution.
Password Mgmt - 7.1 Patch 002 Remedy users using the USER tool are prompted to change their password as expected. Mid-Tier Users are not. I tested using the same user and password mgmt works from the WUT, but not from the mid-tier. Anyone else seen or resolved this issue?
