Hi,
The full version of our RRR|License product can do that, but it is not the
main focus of the tool.
The information you want is in the user log, which is utilized by
RRR|License.
The numbers reported by RRR|License is the logged in hours of each user as
a total, and during peak hours. It is divided between READ, RREAD, FIXED
and FLOAT. On the FLOAT-side, a user can get a FLOAT-READ-license when
there are no more licenses available.
Note thet a user can not be logged in with a FLOAT licenses without
grabbing a FLOAT-WRITE if one is available.
