If you want to test an application within the ARS, it is not strictly possible to perform what you intend - meaning perform 'Code Coverage' as these applications are not built using 'traditional' lines of code.
ARS as you must be already aware is more like a 4th generation language.But there are tools out there to test ARS for things like stress and load.. If you are looking for stress and load testing, Winrunner and loadrunner are two tools that come to mind.. Maybe Scappa too?
