Hi Group,
I have a pretty straight forward question though I am at a loss to
answer it myself. I am trying to find out a way to send an email from the
approval console to any individual probably asking for some additional
details or probably describing the reason for the rejection of the change
request. But wierdly enough I don't seem to find an option that allows me to
do so. I was looking at a couple of options the "More information" (which
does not seem to be meeting my purpose), but through that I am not able to
send an email to a person's email.. The other option is to make the notes
field for the change request in the approval consoles view editable. But
that does not seem to an efficient way to solve the problem. Can anyone get
back with your views as to how you adressed this problem. I am on approval
server 7.1 and AR Server 7.1.
