You need to have the required information depending on the pager provider of the recepient of the pager. Some paging providers require to enter a pin which acts as a sort of a password to access the pager to send a page to. Some paging services accepts an email. Some pager providers support only numeric pages and do not accept alpha characters.. So you need to know what your pager providers for all your receipients would support before attempting to send pages to them. Configure the pager numbers as well as the vendor so as to recognize the paging service so in your workflow you can identify how you could send a page to them. Cheers Joe
