Hi Guys, Whats the recommended best practice for representing a business application in Atrium? For example, if you have a 3 tier CRM system which is composed of 15 computer systems, how would you represent this logical arrangement?
I was doing the following: BMC_BusinessService (parent) -> memberofcollection -> BMC_ComputerSystem (child). However, I'm having huge problems loading this setup in the CI viewer. The memberofcollection relationships aren't showing up in the CI viewer, and it often takes 5 minutes just to load a single BusinessService CI alone. I've examined BMC's relationship normalization tables and I haven't been able to figure out a better way of doing this that is BMC sanctioned.
