That program is very good - a lifesaver for those struggling with permissions on ITSM.
Flight Deck is (or was) BMC's pre-sales and demonstration VM platform. It was a good idea, but the technology of the time hindered its effectiveness. Not sure who's running that now, or even if it's still being used.
