Yeah, lot of that going around. Many placement firms don't seem to know the going rates for Remedy developers, which means that they can't educate their customers about same, so they end up billing us out like offshore Java guys, driving rates down all over. One large firm I spoke to didn't even know that BMC had it's own PS people and rates.
