Can you try the is null function?
if isnull({HPD_HelpDesk.LastResolveDate}) then "N/A'
else {HPD_Help_Desk.Last Resolved Date}

Hi folks, this should be a no brainer but I cannot wrap my head around it.
Trying to do a formula to put "N/A" in a field on my report if the last
resolved date is null. Here is my formula
if {HPD_Help_Desk.Last Resolved Date}="" then "N/A"
else {HPD_Help_Desk.Last Resolved Date}
It returns "A date-time is required here" error. Any ideas? this is
with crystal 9, or crystal 11.
