Typically with the 6.3 webservice there was a lot of
problems encountered with this. Usually the only thing that worked was
remapping of everything, and then clear the cache.
With AR 7.1 it's a lot better with performing and
updating any changes that are made.

Ugh, yea - I've seen this before
also. Try renaming the webservice and accessing the wsdl -- then rename it
back. There's some trickery involved -- I haven't gotten it down yet,
still more hit or miss. :-)

After clearing the cache on mid-tier, when checking
the WSDL again it's saying that the web service definition is not
found.
