That still doesn't work. I have recached. I have created the Web Service under a different name, deleted the original, renamed the new one. Flushed the cache some more and I still can't get it to recognize it.

Usually the only thing that worked was remapping of everything, and then clear the cache. With AR 7.1 it's a lot better with performing and updating any changes that are made.
