At the risk of asking the obvious (I haven't followed this thread close enough and when I looked, didn't find that this had been mentioned), are there any records in the +QTS-HPD:Template form? The bit of log that you posted says the escalation isn't finding any records that match the qualification, so its not even getting as far as the set fields action.
If you really want to stretch, in one of the 6.3 patches, there was a bug that would cause ghost escalation queues. Disabling the escalations on the server, and re-enabling was the workaround. They fixed it by patch 24, so hopefully its not there in the 7.x versions, but you never know. Thad Esser Remedy Developer Atrium: Oh sure, its a lot of fun until someone loses a CI. Added a display only field to the target form - changed the filter to use 'TR.OPERATION' = "Run Managed OS" after the escalation does a set fields and sets the 'OPERATION' field to "Run Managed OS". I checked permissions, changed my escalation pool to be #1, as it was NULL. I can't figure out why this escalation is failing. If I change the OPERATION field to read/write, then manually enter "Run Managed OS", workflow fires and everything works as expected. I have tweeked this thing every which way but loose, and it just won't work. I still get the below. with Failed Qualification error. Does anyone have an idea as to why this thing is failing qualification? <ESCL> <TID: 0000001732> <RPC ID: 0000002417> <Queue: Escalation> <Client-RPC: 390603 > <USER: AR_ESCALATOR (Pool 1) > /* Sat Oct 11 2008 12:35:00.0980 */Checking +QTS:HPD:Template:ManagedOSAutoCreateNEW (enabled) : ready to fire now on +QTS-HPD:Template <ESCL> <TID: 0000001732> <RPC ID: 0000002417> <Queue: Escalation> <Client-RPC: 390603 > <USER: AR_ESCALATOR (Pool 1) > --> Failed qualification Thanks to All, Jase On Fri, Oct 10, 2008 at 4:12 PM, Danaceau, Chris < [EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: ** Rick we do this all the time. So I have an escalation that sets a field to $DATE$ to trigger the modify action. This sounds like what you are doing, so I'm not sure why it doesn't work. I'm even setting a display-only field and it still works. Has anyone had to do this before, Thanks Rick __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ __Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are" html___ *IMPORTANT NOTICE: This communication, including any attachment, contains information that may be confidential or privileged, and is intended solely for the entity or individual to whom it is addressed.
