Jase, Take a really close look at the log. The escalation is NOT firing. You need to take a really close look at the qualification with the Escalation. I think that an escalation without a qualification will not fire as it is like executing an unqualified search if you have that disallowed. Dave

I'm even setting a display-only field and it still works.
