Actually there is a CMDB Extension Pack (forget which one - kindly search
BMCDN) that extends the CMDB Model with Telco items...

This will get your end-points, lines, etc into the structures.

>From what I've seen it appears to match pretty much OOB+Extension pack.

My opinion: don't try to fit it in the CMDB data model, there are no
classes that are anywhere near what you're looking for. Just create
your own classes.
In my experience, people tend to fit in CI's in the strangest classes
because they are afraid to create their own. The thing is, the CMDB
data model does not cater for everything and it /does not need to/,
because you can easily create your own classes if you have the need.
That is one of the biggest benefits of the whole Atrium product.

Kind regards,
