Just create your own classes. In my experience, people tend to fit in CI's in the strangest classes because they are afraid to create their own. The thing is, the CMDB data model does not cater for everything and it /does not need to/, because you can easily create your own classes if you have the need. That is one of the biggest benefits of the whole Atrium product.
