Hi Vijayalakshmi, Are you talking about Remedy User or Server? I have a customer that had to install Remedy User 7.1.0 latest patch in his computer to be able to use Remedy User in Windows Vista OS.
About ARServer, in the Compatibility Matrix Windows Vista is not present.
