(I apologize if this is repeated - I don't know if my original post went out) Good Afternoon List: Currently, I am currently working as a full time Remedy consultant; however, my goal is to obtain a permanent, full time position as a Remedy Administrator / Developer in the Chicago, IL area. I have been working in the Remedy field for approximately 8 years now, and have done a wide range of development at numerous client sites on all versions of Remedy since version 3.x (up to the current version, 7.1) I have performed a number of integrations/customizations with CMDB, Incident Management, Problem Management, Help Desk, Change, Asset Management, SLA/SLM, Approval Server (CHG and Custom Approval apps), ARWeb, Remedy Web, Mid-Tier, Crystal Reports integration, LDAP, Web Services, and direct SQL integrations. I feel that I am very experienced in troubleshooting and implementing applications designed on the ARS platform (ITSM and custom built applications). In addition, I also have quite a bit of experience with UNIX (AIX, Solaris, Linux) and Windows OS environments (up to Windows 2003), as well as Oracle, MS SQL, and Sybase database environments (including backups, maintenance, replication, etc.).
