I am trying to rebuild by Dev box. Every time I try to install ARS I get an error message:
Could not connect to the ARSystem with the parameters given. Do you want to create ARSystem as a new AR System Server? Any idea what this error means? I just did a clean install accepting all the defaults. We are on Server 2003/SQL 2000. I even did an uninstall of both ARS and SQL.
