ARS 7.1 ITSM 6 Crystal 10 Reports When our help desk staff runs a crystal report off of the Management Console, Reports link and changes the destination from Screen to File, the dialog to export to pdf does not appear. They get an hour glass and nothing happens. We do not run reports off of the web, but on the client. Is there a fix for this? Liz
