Jay - I won't swear to this, but I believe the message is being presented for each 'window' that is currently open, whether that is 1 or 20 windows. If you are getting exactly 20 messages regardless of how many open windows are there, then I don't know what to tell you. But in my experience I will see the message present for each open window. I never exactly did a count and it could also be that it only presents for certain types of open windows. :)
