Steve, I guess if you used something like DSO then you could kind of do that. .... But.... If load is not your reason for wanting to do this... then can you explain why you want to do this?
I am fairly certain that this setup would be "non-standard". Generally that means that the option was either "out of scope" or that there were decisions made that make that feature impractical or maybe even impossible from a technical perspective. However, I now of no reason why you can not have two Email Engines install on a single host. (and pointed at different ARS servers.)
