Is it possible to use an existing view in Remedy to only get the records that changed from the last time it polled? There is a "Retrieve Source Records" field and when I select it to "Only new or updated since last transfer" the selection field for "Last modified timestamp in source" is empty. Does that mean it must be a date field?
Since Remedy doesn't use date fields I don't see how it could work .... but I could be missing something.
