Tina, Looks like you have not loaded the ITSM CMDB extentions. You will find them in the celsdk/extensions folder on the install media. This is not the case for me as these forms clearly do exist.
..and no, I have not been able to figure it out yet. I was able to manually import forms from asi_deplapp.def on another server though, the only difference being that the one where the import fails is unicode. I have compared the BMC forms that make up the AST joins and they are an exact match.
