Was that on Solaris? We saw the ARERR 90 - cannot connect message when
trying to verify Demo user.

 

I had problems installing the ITSM suite and had to call in support.
After lots of tooing and froing it was determined that the problem lay
in the versions the shared libs and rik program supplied with the
installing. Taking the /common lib from ar server and using a suitable
ld_library_path 

 

Check out the Driver program and see if you can log on with that.

When installing the application .. after putting in all in the
information -- I get a arerr 90 timeout.. 

everytime on different installs --

 

What causes that -- when the UT/AT work just fine.  Anyone seen this
one.
