Env: Unix / Oracle / ARS 7.01 / ITSM 7.03 patch 7 Had a reporting person discover that this field "Last_Assigned_Date" is not being populated - and it looks like it never has
Two interesting things - 1) This a character field and not a date/time field like all the other "date" fields and 2) I cannot find any workflow which is tied to this field Does anyone know what this field is used for??? Is this field being populated in your system???
