Thanks for your reply. I contacted BMC support for using one of the
existing $PROCESS$ date function by using Business Time Segment form in
ARS V7. I will wait for their reply and in the mean time I will try
other alternates either by using one of the direct SQL queries or temp
form filled with dates ( It is a manual effort).

I think I would probably approach this calculation by using a database
function rather than ARS workflow.  What database are you using?  If you
are using MS-SQL, the following article has some examples that may be
