Yes indeed, this is the product that we developed in conjunction with Itel Office, and I’m probably quite biased, but it does work very well indeed. It was initially developed against Avaya, but is not ported to work with most mainline ACD’s. It’s being used by many customers from smaller helpdesks through to larger call centers. It’s possible to implement simple screen-pop functionality or to go for a full-on soft-phone with ACD functionality and transferring tickets between agents.
