When I installed ITSM patch 7 (for 7.03), I now have Flashboards on the Problem Manager consoles that appear, but contain no data. I cannot see anything wrong with the flashboard, or the flashboard variables. The Incident Manager consoles flashboards are fine. Has anyone else seen this, or something like it?
