No. It is across users. We tried the previous suggestion and it worked great
for me on IE7. However the users are on a corporate IE6 load and it still
gives them a problem. The problem started happening after we upgraded from
mid-tier 6x to 7x. We are on an ARS 6.0.1 server. I have tried setting the
column width in their user preference also.

Janet,

I haven't noticed what you described to be a problem. I've had other problems
with table fields on the mid-tier if I use Firefox as a browser instead of IE
(but I'll leave that for another thread and another day), but the table sizes
are as defined in the admin tool and stays consistent with no issues of then
changing sizes ever...

Are you sure that there is no user logging to that machine, and adjusting the
table size from the client side?

Joe

Subject: Table columns on mid-tier

**
We are on AR server version 6.0.1 patch patch 1351 and using mid-tier version
7.0.0. I have tried searching the BMC knowledge base but cannot find an answer
to this question:

Is there a way to set table columns to a certain size that doesn't change each
time the user logs in? On the earlier version of mid-tier 6.x the tables
looked good but now they shift and the user has to resize it on each login.

Thanks,

Janet
