Am trying to size discovery hardware, and ran into an issue. BMC's docs say that the limit per server is 2.6 million CIs, but after deeper questioning, that's just the highest number they tested, not the highest number a given server will actually handle.
Does anyone have any real life experience pushing more CIs than that through one Foundation Discovery service into the CMDB? If so, I'd appreciate knowing your hardware, settings, performance stats, etc. We're looking at about 10 million. Thanks!
