Hi everyone, ARS 7.1 OS Server: MS 2003 OS Client: XP Does anyone have the white paper for configuring Alerts in a LBE (load balancing environment) and a non LBE. I did look at how to configure Alerts in a LBE in the PDF manual and resolved an issue with users not receiving Alerts. However, some fellow worker called this morning from some remote building stating he and his group arent receiving them. Does anyone have the white paper on how to configure Alerts? There are few things I could check e.g ports, firewall etc but would like to read the paper first. Thanks, frex
