Hi All, I am getting this following Error message whenever I try to create a Task from Incidemt Management Application. I am seeting the same error message while performing other actions as well.
Network Protocol/Data error when performing data operation.Please contact Administrator.ARERROR 9350 During my investigation I have found that Tomcat 5.5.26 is the problem. That version of tomcat has a problem handling requests longer than 8192 characters. When I checked the fiddler log file that particular request length is 10,264. Few recommendations are upgrade Tomcat Version to 5.5.27 or downgrade to 5.5.25 which we are bit hesitating to do because we are not sure how this upgrade or downgrade might effect our system. Has anyone ever got this problem? Anyone resolved this issue without Upgrading or downgrade the Tomcat 5.5.26? Any Ideas would be really appreciated.
