Hi Frex, here is a little picture which i took out of the documentaion. I've added some IP Adresses and Port-Numbers to explain our Firewall Guys the communication between Alert Client and ARSystem Server. I think the problem in your environment is the TCP-Call coming from the server to the client. Kind Regards Conny
